Blade Type Diamond Dressers
Application :
Balaji Blade Type Diamond Dressers are specially recommended for Angular and centreless grinders. If desired available with swiveling holder or with diamond abrasive plate brazed in a shank.
Advantages :
- Whole non-crushed natural grains very uniformly disposed in a special pattern.
- Hand-set for confirming to very close tolerances on the work piece more particularly for truing and forming of profiles.
- Restores the required effective roughness of the wheel surface. It is adapted to the machining operation by varying the traverse dressing feed.
- Complete use without maintenance.
- Reduced inventory.
